<strong>\u00a0Mindfulness <\/strong>\u00a0es realitzen en sessions setmanals\u00a0 durant 8 setmanes consequtives + una <strong><em>sessi\u00f3 extra de pr\u00e0ctica intensiva <\/em><\/strong>a la part final del curs.<\/h5><h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">Durant aquesta jornada podrem observar com funciona la consci\u00e8ncia quan mantenim el silenci de forma continuada.<\/h5><h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">La jornada ens permet continuar practicant Mindfulness en grup, amb persones\u00a0 compromeses a cultivar una manera de viure conscient i relacionem amb el que est\u00e0 passant i aprofundir en la comprenssi\u00f3 del funcionament de la ment.<\/li><li>Repassar continguts i aclarir dubtes.<\/li><li>Ampliar l\u2019 atenci\u00f3 plena cap
