Sentim m\u00e9s serenitat i sabem que <strong>el nostre benestar dep\u00e8n de la continu\u00eftat de la pr\u00e0ctica<\/strong> i per aix\u00f2 ens fem el prop\u00f2sit de continuar.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">La curiositat i la novetat ens ajuden a mantenir el comprom\u00eds durant un temps per\u00f2 a mesura que passen les setmanes trobem excuses per no seure a meditar i <strong>la nostra determinaci\u00f3 va decaient i es va dissolent en les obligacions<\/strong> i preocupacions.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">La quotidianitat va ocupant els fr\u00e0gils espais meditatius que hav\u00edem creat i aquests acaben sent substitu\u00efts per activitats menys sustentadores i m\u00e9s estressants.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00c9s possible que freq\u00fcentment et diguis: \u201c &#8230;dem\u00e0 comen\u00e7o!\u201d per\u00f2 el pensament no es converteix en una realitat tangible.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>No et desanimis: Aquestes dificultats formen part del cam\u00ed i s\u00f3n habituals.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Si encara sents l\u2019impuls de meditar per\u00f2 no trobes com reenganxar-te,
