On es puguin aturar i descansar, on puguin <strong>reconnectar amb el cos i aconseguir una regeneraci\u00f3 psico-f\u00edsica.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Aquest taller vol ser un lloc per alliberar-les de les responsabilitats en vers els dem\u00e9s i responsabilitzar-les del seu propi benestar. Un espai per prioritzar-se i posar <strong>especial \u00e8mfasis en canviar el rol de donar per el de rebre.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dedicar-se un temps personal durant unes quantes setmanes, es pot convertir en <strong>una forma d\u2019autocura que permeti equilibrar la balan\u00e7a<\/strong> entre el temps de vida que dediquen a elles i als dem\u00e9s.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">En aquest taller aprendrem <strong>recursos senzills i efectius per incorporar a la\u00a0 vida quotidiana<\/strong>. Aquest fet dotar\u00e0 a les participants d\u2019unes eines que poden ser \u00fatil per tal de regular-se i asserenar-se.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Totes les propostes van dirigides a reduir les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives de l\u2019estr\u00e8s i afavorir la relaxaci\u00f3, amb la intenci\u00f3 de <strong>millorar el benestar f\u00edsic, mental i
